Bear Jordan joined Summit Ridge Insurance in 2022 after being adopted through Love of Labs Indiana. Bear brings a thoughtful, observant presence to the office — along with elite-level ball retrieval skills.
As Head of Security, Bear keeps a watchful eye on the premises and conducts thorough inspections of all unfamiliar noises, delivery drivers, and suspicious squirrels. In his Retrieval Services role, he specializes in fetching anything remotely ball-shaped and returning it with impressive speed and dedication.
Though naturally shy after a rough start in life, Bear’s confidence grows every day. His coworkers report steady improvement in tail wags, hallway patrols, and voluntary meet-and-greet participation.
