Dylan Antolik

As owner of Summit Ridge Insurance, I help homeowners, families, and business owners across Fort Wayne, Indiana and Columbia City, Indiana protect what matters most with clear guidance and dependable coverage.

My path in insurance began in 2014 as an intern with Northwestern Mutual, followed by earning a Finance degree from Penn State University. After experience as a financial advisor and time in my family’s construction business, I was selected as one of only nine candidates nationwide for Erie Insurance’s 2018 District Sales Manager trainee class. I later served as District Manager for Northeast Indiana from 2019 through 2025, supporting independent agencies and helping grow the district from $55 million to nearly $110 million in premium.

In 2026, I fulfilled a lifelong goal of business ownership by acquiring Summit Ridge Insurance and expanding into Columbia City. Today, our independent agency specializes in protecting homeowners, guiding drivers to stable auto coverage options, and helping contractors and business owners secure insurance built for real-world risks. As a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), I believe clients deserve to understand their coverage — not just purchase it.

What makes our agency different is simple: education first, multiple carrier options, and service that lasts beyond the policy. We take time to explain choices, answer questions clearly, and help clients make confident decisions.

Outside the office, I enjoy tackling DIY projects, spending time with my wife and son, and keeping a close eye on college football season (specifically Texas Longhorns). With a background in construction and a passion for building things the right way, I bring the same mindset to protecting the people and businesses I serve.
